Helping Babies Breathe Global Implementation Task Force conceived of the need for a neonatal resuscitation curriculum that would be appropriate for resource-limited circumstances.

The Helping Babies Breathe Implementation Advisory Group is comprised of many partner organizations who are dedicated to planning the implementation of Helping Babies Breathe in Millennium Development Goal countries.
